About Me Hi, I’m Rosita Hasbun, APRN, FNP-BC, founder of Vitalis Integrative Health. I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping women and men optimize their health through evidence-based, personalized care. My clinical experience includes primary care, women’s health, menopause management, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), weight management, preventive medicine, and wellness optimization. Like many of my patients, I have personally experienced the frustration of feeling unheard, being told symptoms were “normal,” and searching for answers when conventional approaches did not fully address the root cause. Those experiences inspired me to create a practice focused on listening, education, and individualized treatment plans. At Vitalis Integrative Health, I believe healthcare should be collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. Whether you’re navigating perimenopause, menopause, hormone imbalances, low energy, weight concerns, or simply looking to improve your overall well-being, my goal is to help you feel your best and regain confidence in your health. Cancellation Policy
Vitalis Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens! However, to ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we have a cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, a fee equal to 25% of your visit cost will be charged. Cancellations before the 48-hour window incur no charge. Thank you for your understanding and respect for our time!
